Shipping

All orders will be shipped by FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. Your HAND PERFECTION order should arrive in 3 - 7 business days depending on your location. We currently ship only within the United States. If you need expedited shipping, please call Customer Service at 1-888-972-HAND Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, and ask to speak to a HAND PERFECTION Customer Care Representative.

Return Policy

At HAND PERFECTION, LLC, we strive to make the shopping experience simple, straight forward, and enjoyable and we proudly stand behind every HAND PERFECTION product.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with any product, we want to hear about it. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and we will be happy to make an exchange or refund. To request an exchange or refund, please click here to email us or call our Customer Service number 1-888-972-HAND Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST and ask to speak to a HAND PERFECTION Customer Care Representative. You must receive a Return Authorization Code from Customer Service via email or phone in order to receive an exchange or refund. Please note, unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping charges.
